Food security has as its objective the evaluation, management and communication of eating risks that will subsequently be consumed by humans in addition to promoting adequate training in matters related to health promotion and education. To achieve this, there are certain actions carried out in the phases of the food chain whose objective is none other than to achieve the protection of the health of the citizen population. Thanks to this postgraduate degree, the student will be able to develop an adequate rational evaluation of all the problems caused in the world of food security.

- Promote the training of professionals who exercise their professional work in the field of food security. - Improve the quality of life of citizens. - Use food, pharmaceutical legislation and other microbiological standards, to control the variation of the analytical results of the laboratory through the use of quality criteria. - Identify the microorganisms present in confined and open atmospheres through analytical techniques, using environmental legislation for the assessment of the results. - Know the APPCC system and its phases.

Health, private hospitals, public or private companies whose competence are research, prevention, detection or evaluation tasks related to food security.

The present Master aims to train students in the most important aspects of food security. It is a good way to respond to all those frequent issues that usually arise, related to the danger that consumers can cause inadequate food manipulation.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
