- Study the different types of travel agencies in the global tourist offer market. - Apply techniques and communication skills and customer service in tourist establishments, in order to meet their expectations and materialize future rooms. - Define or perform quality control processes of hospitality and tourism products, identifying the most significant quality characteristics. - Evaluate the results of the data obtained during the products or services control processes of the hospitality and tourism sector, proposing actions for continuous improvement. - Apply techniques for the treatment of tourist information requests, complaints and claims that are usually produced in tourist information centers or services and their most appropriate resolution. - Evaluate tourism potential in a certain area that allows detecting opportunities for the creation and development of local tourism products. - Interpret oral messages of medium complexity in English, expressed by customers and suppliers at normal speed in the field of tourism activity, in order to provide adequate service, achieve customer satisfaction, materialize sales and exchange information with other professionals in their field. - Interpret, without specifying a dictionary, medium complexity documents written in English, within the scope of tourism activity, to obtain information, process it and carry out the appropriate actions. - Perform a marketing plan in the field of tourism. - Know in depth the concept of business intelligence. - Design an optimal business model. - Know and make decisions about the Big Data process and strategic marketing.
