Goals

- Acquire knowledge about power training in cycling. - Address the different metrics necessary to quantify the training load through power. - Know more relevant performance modeling in cycling. - Develop the planning of a cycling training program. - Work the determining concepts of the biomechanics of the professional cyclist. - Differentiate the specific nutrition required by a professional cyclist.
