Summary

At present, in the world of personal image, it is very important to know the different aesthetic services of hygiene, hair removal and makeup. Therefore, with this course it is about providing the necessary knowledge about the advice and sale of products and services for personal image.

Goals

- Identify customer demands and needs to inform and advise on sales products and services in personal image. - Make demonstrations of the cosmetic product or apparatus that is sold, through the application of specific personal image techniques, advising and highlighting the characteristics and properties that make it suitable for the customer. - Obtain the demand for the product or service of the customer, using the appropriate promotional actions and the appropriate sales techniques, within the commercial action margins established in the company. - Perform monitoring and post-sale processes that improve the effectiveness of the sales and service actions. - Attending and resolving, within the framework of their responsibility, the claims submitted by customers, according to the criteria and procedures established by the company.

Professional opportunities

It develops its activity in small and medium -sized companies of aesthetics or hairdressing on its own or others, in beauty centers, spa, beauty booths in hotels and cabins in hairdressers.

To prepare you

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the module MF0352_2 Advice and sale of products and services for the personal image certifying having overcome the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).
