MF0979-2 Treasury Management Course

At present, in the world of administration and management and within the professional area of administration and audit management, more specifically in administrative management activities, it is very important to know the different processes for which they are carried out. Therefore, with this course it is about providing the necessary knowledge to know the operational management of Treasury.

- Complete the collection or payment documents, conventional or telematic, within their scope of responsibility and in accordance with the indications received, in order to liquidate the operations derived from the business activity. - Manage the presentation of collection documents and payments to banks, public administrations and organizations in general, in accordance with current regulations and the internal procedure, in order to comply with the collection -pavement obligations before third parties respecting the deadlines. - Make payments and charges through cash, attending to the corresponding orders, maturities and availability of cash, priorities and internal standards, in order to liquidate the operations. - Carry out the box archeo according to the established procedure, to control the level of liquidity available. - Check the movements of bank extracts with their accounting records and the documents that generated them, informing of the observed incidents, following the established procedures, in order to reconcile the differences.

This professional exercises his activity in the area of administration, human resources, accounting or financial, of any company, both public and private, performing the functions at the request of a superior person who, depending on the degree of development of the same, can be a single person or the person responsible for each of the departments - commercial, treasury, accounting, human resources - or those people in which they delegate. You can also develop your activity in labor advice, managers and/or consulting companies or services, as well as entities of the financial and insurance sector.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0979_2 Treasury Operational Management Certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls The different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those who are dedicated to the world of administration and management, more specifically in administrative management activities, within the professional area of the administration and audit that intend to obtain knowledge related to the operational management of Treasury.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
