Summary

At present, in the world of administration and management and within the professional area of administration and audit management, more specifically in administrative management activities, it is very important to know the different processes for which they are carried out. Therefore, with this course it is about providing the necessary knowledge to know the auxiliary management of the personnel.

Goals

- Update the information and documentation derived from the processes and activities of the Human Resources Area - Selection, Internal Communication, Training, Development, Compensation and Benefits -, according to the procedures previously established by the organization, to contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the Human Resources area. - Prepare the documents, materials and other elements necessary in the selection and training of human resources, attending to the internal procedures of the organization, to contribute to its effective management. - Process the documentation derived from the contracting, completion and other variations of the professional situation of the staff, applying the current regulations, the confidentiality and security criteria and, using computer applications to keep the information, departments and corresponding organizations in force. - Perform administrative operations and efforts for the preparation and formalization of the payment of remuneration, compensation and social benefits, using computer management applications, and following the instructions previously established to comply with the obligations committed in the employment relationship with the personnel.

Professional opportunities

This professional exercises his activity in the area of administration, human resources, accounting or financial, of any company, both public and private, performing the functions at the request of a superior person who, depending on the degree of development of the same, can be a single person or the person responsible for each of the departments - commercial, treasury, accounting, human resources - or those people in which they delegate. You can also develop your activity in labor advice, managers and/or consulting companies or services, as well as entities of the financial and insurance sector.

To prepare you

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0980_2 Training Management of personnel certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those who are dedicated to the world of administration and management, more specifically in administrative management activities, within the professional area of the administration and audit that intend to obtain knowledge related to the auxiliary management of personnel.

Official Character

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
