MF1151_3 Mechanized and Metal Constructions Processes

In the field of mechanical manufacturing, it is necessary to know the different production fields in metal constructions, within the professional area metal constructions. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for machining processes and formed in metal constructions.

- Interpret the technical documentation (set plans, constructive plans and technical information, or others) regarding the product that must be manufactured to obtain the information from the mechanized and formed route. - Determine the costs of the processes of layout, mechanized and formed in the manufacture and repair of metal constructions, and prepare the corresponding budget. - Develop route, mechanized and forming processes that allow manufacturing in quality and profitability conditions, based on the requirements of the metal constructions product and applying the Occupational and Environmental Risk Prevention Plan. - Determine the disposition of the resources of a production area based on the documentation of the process, achieving optimal profitability and taking into account the Occupational and Environmental Risk Prevention Plan.

This professional exercises its activity developing the function of definition and development of industrial pipe facilities. Work autonomously in small -sized companies and in simple projects. In medium or large companies, it depends on higher levels and develops their work based on preliminary drafts and basic engineering instructions.

This formation adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1151_3 Training Module and formed in metal constructions, certifying having exceeded the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that they publish the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of mechanical manufacture, specifically in production in metal constructions, within the professional area of metal construction, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to mechanized processes and formed in metal constructions.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
