MF2010_2 Course Organization of funerary protocol acts and assistance activities to the applicant, family and/or users

In the field of consumer services, it is necessary to know the different fields of customer service and protocol organization in funeral services, within the professional area of sociocultural services and the community. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the organization of the organization of the acts of funeral protocol and assistance activities to the applicant, family and/or users.

- Apply funerary protocol organization techniques taking into account the customization of the act, company protocols and quality of funeral service quality. - Determine the process of assistance to applicants, family and/or users involved in the phases of the provision of the funeral service, showing interest in the transfer phase of the mortuary domicile and the final destination. - Apply communication techniques that favor contact with applicants, family members and users until the end of the funeral service, detecting possible needs and following company protocols and service quality criteria.

It develops its professional activity in the funeral sector, both in organizations and institutions of the public and private, on account of others or autonomously. Its activity is carried out under the supervision of the upper person responsible.

The present training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF2010_2 training module. Organization of the acts of funeral protocol and assistance activities to the applicant, family and/or users, certifying having exceeded the different units of competition in it included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which it will opt for the corresponding Certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the field of sociocultural and community services, more specifically those linked to operations in funeral services, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the organization of funeral services benefits.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
