MF2111-2 Course Making mechanism assembly, placing sneakers and balanced of the mechanical system in wind-madera instruments

In the field of arts and handicrafts, it is necessary to know the different fields of maintenance and repair of wind-madera instruments, within the professional area of manufacture and maintenance of musical instruments. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to make mechanism assembly, placement of shoes and balanced of the mechanical system in wind-mima instruments.

-Apply techniques and procedures for assembling mechanisms of wind-madlet musical instruments, depending on the type and family (clarinets, saxophones, flutes, oboes or bassons), model and manufacturer, from an established intervention plan, with quality and safety criteria. - Apply techniques and sneakers settlement techniques with support in wind-mima instruments, glued with thermofusible glue in clarinets and saxophones, based on an established intervention plan, with quality and safety criteria. - Apply techniques and settlement procedures of cork shoes glued with thermofusible glue, depending on the type, model and manufacturer, from an established intervention plan, with quality and safety criteria. - Apply techniques and sneakers settlement techniques with support, glued with thermofusible glue, in flutes from an established intervention plan, with quality and safety criteria. - Apply techniques and sneakers settlement techniques with support in wind-mima instruments, holds with eyelets or washers and screws, in flutes depending on the type, model and manufacturer, based on an established intervention plan, with quality and safety criteria. - Apply techniques and sneakers settlement techniques with glued support with thermofusible glue, in the OBOE, based on an established intervention plan, with quality and safety criteria. - Apply techniques and settlement procedures for cork shoes in the OBOE, depending on the type, model and manufacturer, based on an established intervention plan, with quality and safety criteria. - Apply techniques and sneakers settlement procedures with glued support with thermofusible glue, in phagotes from an established intervention plan, with quality and safety criteria. - Apply techniques and settlement procedures of cork shoes glued with thermofusible glue in the bassoon, depending on the type, model and manufacturer, based on an established intervention plan, with quality and safety criteria. - Apply techniques and procedures for regulating mechanical systems depending on the type, model and manufacturer in wind-madera instruments, based on an established intervention plan, with quality and safety criteria.

He develops his professional activity as a worker on his own account in companies and workshops of an artisanal nature, whether public or private, small, medium and large dedicated to the construction and/or repair and maintenance of wind-made musical instruments, as an independent professional, in a regime of society or associated in cooperative, in any case under the direction of the superior instrumentalist technician.

This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF2111_2 training module, assembly of mechanisms, placing sneakers and balanced of the mechanical system in wind-mima instruments, certifying having exceeded the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non-formal training, via which it will opt for the corresponding Certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of arts and crafts, specifically in maintenance and repair of wind-madera instruments, within the professional area Manufacture and maintenance of musical instruments, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to the realization of mechanism assembly, placement of shoes and balanced of the mechanical system in wind-mad-mounted instruments.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
