UF0364 course promotion and exploitation of cinematographic and audiovisual work

In the field of image and sound, it is necessary to know the different fields of assistance to film production and audiovisual works, within the professional area of audiovisual production. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the promotion and exploitation of the film and audiovisual work

- Design promotional plans and commercial exploitation of works or audiovisual programs. - Compare the main forms of promotion and commercial exploitation of film works and audiovisual programs. - Describe sales structures in the national and international market and list the main typologies of audiovisual markets. - Recognize the impact of the new forms of exploitation/ consumption of images and new technologies on markets. - Describe official initiatives and aid to enhance the promotion, distribution and exhibition of European audiovisual programs. - Design amortization lines and control mechanisms of investment recovery in audiovisual production. - Describe the existing exploitation windows of audiovisual production and the exploitation and consumption formulas of images.

It develops its professional activity in film and audiovisual companies of any size, public or private, of reduced or wide coverage, whatever its dissemination system and also on its own account (“freelance”).

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF0364 Promotion and exploitation of the film and audiovisual work certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that they publish the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of image and sound, specifically in the assistance to film production and audiovisual works, within the professional area audiovisual production, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to the promotion and exploitation of the film and audiovisual work.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
