UF2039 Course: Mechanized Operations of Aerospace Elements of Composite Material

In the field of mechanical manufacturing, it is necessary to know the different fields of the manufacture of aerospace elements with compound materials, within the professional area aeronautical constructions. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for machining operations of aerospace elements of compound material.

- Determine the processes for the machining of aerospace elements of compound material describing the sequence of operations and specifying their parameters, attending to the technical documentation and complying with the quality standards, prevention of occupational hazards and environmental protection. - Mechanize aerospace elements of compound material with machines and manual machining tools and numerical control (CNC), attending to the technical documentation and complying with quality standards, prevention of occupational hazards and environmental protection. - Repair aerospace elements of composite material by means of machining with manual machines, attending to the technical documentation and complying with quality standards, prevention of occupational hazards and environmental protection. - Mechanize composite material nuclei with machines and manual machining tools and numerical control (CNC), attending to the technical documentation and complying with quality standards, prevention of occupational hazards and environmental protection.

He develops his professional activity, both on his own and on behalf of others, in small and medium -sized companies of both public and private, dedicated to the manufacture of aerospace elements with composite materials and to the correction of defects, depending, where appropriate, functional and hierarchically of a superior and being able to have a personal level of lower level.

This formation conforms to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF2039 Machining operations of aerospace elements of compound material. Certifying having exceeded the different units of competence included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023 It develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of mechanical manufacture, specifically in youth information (Name of the Certificate), within the professional area of Agricultural Constructions, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to the machining operations of aerospace elements of compound material.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
