Summary

In the field of Agrarian, it is necessary to know the management of the crop, collection and manipulation of saprophytes mushrooms, within the professional area of Agriculture. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the management of the cultivation, collection and manipulation of saprophytes mushrooms.

Goals

- Study the management procedures for the collection of saprophytes mushrooms. - Understand the selection management procedures, packaging and labeling of saprophytes mushrooms. - Identify personnel management procedures in intensive saprophyte mushrooms operations. - Apply the basic regulations related to intensive cultivation of saprophytic mushrooms.

Professional opportunities

It develops its professional activity in the area of production of companies, public and private, both on their own and of others, dedicated to the production of mushrooms and truffles, mycorrhized plants and fungal collection, following, where appropriate, instructions of the person responsible for production, and being able to have their lower level personal charge.

To prepare you

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the UF2296 training unit Cultivation, collection and manipulation of saprophytes, certifying having overcome the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training, via which you will opt for to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism. Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
