Summary
It is no secret that laughter is a natural method to raise the mood and improve our health status. Through the yoga of laughter it is intended to work laughter as a beneficial element for our emotional, physical and psychological well -being. Through this course, the necessary training is offered to learn to see life from another more cheerful, healthy and positive perspective through the yoga of laughter.

The present online course of laughter of laughter prepares you to be able to instruct and teach the different yoga techniques, exercising as a yoga monitor. In addition, thanks to the yoga course of laughter you will learn to put this discipline into practice through which we can enjoy a more positive mood, improving our physical and psychological health.
