Course MF1038-3 Social Contexts of Community Intervention

The new sensitivity that is permeating the relationships between citizens seeks relationship and conflict resolution systems in which people's rights and dignity are safeguarding. In this new sensitivity, mediation emerges as an autonomous conflict resolution system, with its own methods and techniques in which the own disposition of the mediators who seek in the conflict an opportunity to establish a new balance in human relations and promote the personal development of those involved in it plays a fundamental role. Thus, this course is intended to identify and specify the characteristics and needs of the social context of the intervention.

- Identify and describe the intervention environment where the mediation process is carried out. - Analyze the needs and potentialities of the population with which the mediation process is carried out. - Disseminate and inform the different community agents about the results obtained. - Disseminate or transmit the information collected to the work team and the social agents of the intervention environment.

It develops its activity in programming and organization, and implementation of prevention and care activities for groups, groups and individuals for alternative conflict management, preventing their appearance, as well as, once they. He develops his work in the citizen service services, in public and private institutions, with or without profit, mainly local or regional.

This course will provide students with the knowledge necessary to identify and specify the characteristics and needs of the social context of the intervention. The present training conforms to the training itinerary of the MF1038_3 social context that will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
