Thus, with this Master in Management of the Human Resources Department, it is intended to provide the basic knowledge for the competent performance of administrative support for human resources management.

- Apply administrative procedures in human resources selection processes, using the most appropriate methods and systems. - Apply administrative training procedures for training, to introduce continuous improvement processes in human resources training using the most appropriate methods and systems. - Apply administrative procedures for management and promotion of professional and personal development. - Apply personal and social skills in human resources management processes. - Estimate personal and social skills valued by the company and contrast them with those considered of special interest in labor relations. - Assessing to what extent personal and social skills affect productivity and the achievement of objectives and goals - Analyze the importance of formal and informal communications in the business field, valuing their advantages and disadvantages. - Identify the main contingencies that can occur in security matters, relating them to applicable security measures. - Identify security equipment and their profits. - Relate the use of these equipment with the contingencies identified. - Identify and elaborate standards for workers' safety. - Explain the concept of protocol, its origin and typology. - List the most common applications of protocol standards, such as the way of dressing, label, courtesy standards and others, depending on the type of event that will be developed. - Apply communication techniques and skills to the common use of common use in tourist establishments, in order to meet their expectations and materialize future stays. - Apply labor, trade union and fiscal regulations in the different areas of action in the administration, management and control of human resources. - Apply current regulations in human resources contracting processes. - Apply current regulations regarding modification, suspension and extinction of the employment relationship. - Apply the internal procedures established for the maintenance and control of the personnel file, facilitating the company's information flow.
