Summary
At present we find various diseases whose origin could take place in poor diet. At the beginning of the century, the interaction between genes and nutrients became much more evident, being the subject of study of various disciplines such as epigenetics. In this framework, precision nutrition is related to omics in order to improve health and offer more personalized nutritional guidelines. The Master in Nutrigenomics and Precision Nutrition gathers information from various disciplines that constitute the essential pieces of this puzzle that is nutrigenomics. With the Master in Nutrigenomics and precision nutrition you will acquire a deep knowledge about the relationship between food and our genome, understanding that certain diseases may be due to epigenetic modifications. This learning will give you the necessary tools to carry out a much more personalized nutritional practice. You will know the relationship between omics and this discipline.

The Master in Nutrigenomics and Precision Nutrition focuses on professionals in the health nutrition branch (dietitians-nutritionists, dietary technicians, health specialized health) or experimental sciences (biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, etc.) whose interest lies in specializing in nutrigenomics and precision nutrition.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
