MF2057_3 Quality control of textile products and made articles

In the field of textile, preparation and skin, it is necessary to know the different fields of the quality of products in textile and skin within the professional area clothing in textiles and skin. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to supervise and carry out tests for quality control of textile products and made articles.

- Apply techniques for the use of equipment and materials used in chemical tests in the quality control laboratories of textile products. - Identify the main types of textile quality standards, the correspondence between them, as is located and who supplies them. - Classify and identify the textile fibers used by the industry as a raw material, describing the manufacturing methods used. - Apply physical test control techniques, aimed at determining the specifications of the threads. - Apply chemical analysis techniques used in the quality tests of textile products to determine their composition. - Apply quality control test techniques, aimed at determining tissue specifications. - Apply quality control test techniques, aimed at determining the characteristics of tincture and tissue finish effects. - Apply quality control test techniques, aimed at determining the characteristics of the garments and articles made. - Apply lots of textile products inspection techniques aimed at determining defects and controlling their quality.

It develops its activity in departments of quality of products in textile and skin that can be located in public organizations such as customs, technological and consumer centers, in distribution chains, and in companies that manufacture, acquire or market these products. The aforementioned quality control departments can have a hierarchical dependence on other departments with management, research and development functions, technical office, among others.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF2057_3 Formative Module Quality Control of textile products and made articles. Certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023 It develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of textile, preparation and skin, specifically control of quality products in textiles and skin, within the professional area clothing in textiles and skin, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to the control of quality of textile products and made articles.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
