Objectives

- Provide the student with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform mediator functions in the labor market. - Provide all the knowledge related to the professional profile of the career guidance technician, from an approach to the reference legislation and placing his figure at the heart of the labor market, describe the broad lines that determine his identity and outline the principles and areas of his guidance intervention. - Facilitate the tools for the application of work environment analysis methods and the evaluation of the user's potential, aspirations and personal needs. - Present the guidelines for the design of training and work itineraries adapted to the specific characteristics of the user and in accordance with the opportunities offered by the context.
