This Legal Notice regulates the conditions of use and navigation on the Website: https://educahub.ai/, as well as the contractual relationship that may arise from the contracting of services and/or products offered on the Platform (hereinafter, “Services”).
By accessing the Website and using its functionalities, the person who does so acquires the status of USER. Said navigation implies acceptance of this Legal Notice and the conditions of use in force at all times. The diplomas issued have no academic or official validity, unless it is expressly indicated that the training is approved or certified by some educational or administrative entity. In this case, said approval or accreditation will be recorded.
As for entities that wish to offer the Company's training actions within their catalogue, they must have express authorization to do so, always presenting the information with total transparency about the role that the Company plays as the entity that provides the training. Under no circumstances is the inclusion of training approved or accredited by third parties authorized without previously having the corresponding permits.
