Advocacy is a free and independent profession that provides a service to society in public interest and is exercised in a free and loyal competence regime, through the Council and the defense of public or private rights and interests, through the application of legal science and technique, in order to the concord, to the effectiveness of fundamental rights and freedoms and justice. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to carry out the exercise of the law complying with the criteria established by the professional associations and the laws that regulate the sector.
