-Organize the information regarding the processes of recruitment, selection, internal communication, training, development and compensation and benefits, using the computer tools provided -Prepare the documentation, materials and other elements necessary in the selection, training and development of human resources, taking into account quality criteria and standards -Prepare the documentation derived from the hiring process, termination and other variations of the employment situation using the most common computer means -Obtain the necessary documentation for the payment of remuneration to the staff, from the contribution to the Social Security and personal income tax withholdings, demonstrating rigor and taking into account the corresponding regulations -Prepare control documentation for incidents related to the development of employees' work activity, observing current legislation and established internal communication standards -Use human resources management applications, related to face-to-face control, processing of contracts, salaries and contributions, as well as monitoring employee training
