- Apply in the dairy industry the specific standards of hygiene and safety at work, as well as food safety in the dairy industry and monitor compliance. - Receive dairy raw materials, controlling their quality. - Store and preserve raw materials according to the requirements of the products. - Conduct previous milk treatments, controlling its quality. - Conduct standardization operations, ensuring product quality and standardization. - Manage the flow of the reception process and the previous treatments of the milk, in accordance with the established program, making the continuity of the production process possible. - Check the cleaning and maintenance of use or first level of the facilities to ensure the microbiological quality of the products.
It carries out its activity in the dairy industry, both in small, medium and large industries, with very diverse levels of both its technology and its organization.
This training conforms to the training itinerary of the Training Module MF0027_2 Reception, Storage and Previous Treatments of Milk, certifying having passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will opt to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Communities. Autonomous, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
