Objectives

- Detect and identify the socio-labor and training resources existing in the environment, for the job insertion of users. - Systematize the information obtained on existing socio-labor and training resources, guaranteeing its transmission to optimize its application in job placement interventions. - Maintain relationship links with surrounding companies and institutions, encouraging their collaboration in user insertion processes. - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in the analysis of the jobs that the intervention group can perform to facilitate their adaptation to each user.

Career opportunities

He develops his professional activity in the public and private sphere, in the area of social and/or community and employment services aimed at people with disabilities, in public sector organizations and institutions, non-profit organizations and in private companies, mainly of a local or regional nature, departments of employment, social services, departments of social welfare, education, local and regional development agencies, institutes and foundations in charge of the management of social services, whose purpose is the development of social intervention programs, occupational insertion or socio-labor and equal opportunities. He integrates into interdisciplinary social care teams, together with higher level professionals.

What it prepares you for

This training conforms to the training itinerary of the Training Module MF1034_3 Management of Labor, Training Resources and Job Analysis for the Socio-laboral Insertion of People with Disabilities, certifying having passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the Professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will opt to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
