Objectives

- Set up and use facilities, equipment, machines, fixtures and tools that make up the basic equipment of the assembly departments, according to their applications and based on their optimal performance. - Carry out supply processes for goods, packaged culinary preparations, materials and equipment that make up catering service loads. - Carry out assembly processes of goods, packaged culinary preparations, kitchenware, utensils and various materials in the containers and equipment established to offer catering services. - Explain and carry out the load disposal process that makes up a catering service, identifying the areas where it occurs. - Analyze and apply the hygienic-sanitary standards and conditions related to food and beverage production or service units, to avoid risks of food poisoning and environmental contamination.

What it prepares you for

This training conforms to the training itinerary of the Training Module MF1089_1 Provision and Assembly for Catering Services, certifying that you have passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the Professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will be eligible to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Communities. Autonomous, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
