- Detect and analyze, from a gender perspective, factors in the intervention environment (economic, educational, health, proximity services, occupational, sports, infrastructure and urban planning, among others) that limit or impoverish the effective equality of women and men to include improvement actions in the project. - Identify and assess, from a gender perspective, the specific needs, motivations and expectations regarding effective equality of women and men that affect each person, social group and collective, implementing the actions developed by the intervention environment team to promote timely improvements. - Detect and register services, resources and actions regarding effective equality between women and men, in the intervention environment, analyzing them from a gender perspective to mediate and offer them to citizens, such as health, education, leisure, reconciliation of personal, family and work life, mobility and time management. - Inform and raise awareness about unpaid work carried out by women in the domestic sphere, to recognize and make visible the value of care for life (hygiene, food, shelter, emotional, psychological and sexual care, among others), recognizing its impact on society and on people's comprehensive health. - Participate in the identification, analysis, implementation, assessment and dissemination of effective equality projects for women and men, in areas such as health, education, leisure, reconciliation of personal, family and work life, mobility and time management, entrusted by the intervention team, taking into account the specific conditions of women as a criterion for people's quality of life.
