- Obtain sowing mycelium for the cultivation of the different species of saprophytic mushrooms, following the established protocols and instructions received, and in accordance with current applicable regulations, including those for the prevention of occupational and environmental risks. - Prepare the substrate for the cultivation of the different species of saprophytic mushrooms to avoid contamination, applying the established protocols and instructions received, and in accordance with current applicable regulations, including those for the prevention of occupational and environmental risks. - Sow and incubate the mycelium in the different types of substrates for transfer to the production or marketing room, following the established protocols and instructions received, and in accordance with current applicable regulations, including those for the prevention of occupational and environmental risks. - Monitor and control the cultivation of the different species of saprophytic mushrooms in the production room to obtain mushrooms in optimal conditions, in accordance with the programming, instructions received and current applicable regulations, including those for the prevention of occupational and environmental risks. - Collect, select and condition the different species of saprophytic mushrooms for conservation until packaging or marketing, taking into account quality criteria and in accordance with current applicable regulations, including those for the prevention of occupational and environmental risks. - Package and label the different species of saprophytic mushrooms in different types of containers for transport until they are sold, taking into account quality criteria, and in accordance with current applicable regulations, including those for the prevention of occupational and environmental risks.
He develops his professional activity in the area of production of companies, public and private, both self-employed and employed, dedicated to the production of mushrooms and truffles, mycorrhizal plants and fungal harvesting, depending functionally and hierarchically on a superior and may be in charge of lower-level personnel.
This training conforms to the training itinerary of the Training Module MF1810_2 Intensive Cultivation of Saprophytic Mushrooms, certifying having passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will be eligible to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as such as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
