- Determine the activities and resources to carry out the planning and supervision of the assembly process of insulation systems, analyzing the technical documentation of said systems. - Develop insulation assembly plans, establishing documents that guarantee the detection of technical, economic and planning deviations. - Plan the assembly plans and processes of the auxiliary means necessary for the installation, such as scaffolding, lifting platforms, stairs, among others, based on the technical documentation of the project, quality plan, safety plan, environmental plan and company instructions, ensuring the feasibility of the assembly and its optimization. - Document the "closure" of the project for delivery to the client according to plan. - Manage the quality of assembly of the different insulation systems in accordance with the project and work plan, resolving technical-economic contingencies. - Characterize the purpose and behavior of the insulation of an installation, against thermal, acoustic and fire phenomena, among others, and its relationship with the different types of surface to be insulated. - Carry out assembly operations of support elements in insulation installations, based on assembly plans or instructions, identifying and characterizing the various materials, equipment and tools necessary. - Install insulating and coating materials that make up the insulation systems, following the assembly procedures as well as the required safety standards. - Analyze the prevention and security measures regarding the actions of handling facilities and equipment, contained in the security plans of companies in the sector. - Apply the safety plan by analyzing the company's prevention, safety and environmental protection measures. - Relate the safety means and equipment used in the assembly and maintenance of isolation systems with the risks that may arise therein. - Analyze the safety and environmental standards applicable in the assembly and maintenance processes of insulation systems, to determine the criteria and guidelines that must be followed in the assembly and maintenance operations.
It carries out its activity in small, medium and large companies in the public and private sectors dedicated to in-plant prefabrication, assembly and maintenance of insulation systems, except for those intended for enclosures and partitions in buildings and construction sites.
This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the Training Module MF1887_3 Management and Supervision of the Assembly of Insulation Systems, Passenger Cars and Vans, and Service Provision, certifying that you have passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the Professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will be eligible to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls that are published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
