When a Company needs to temporarily fill a job position and resorts to an ETT and establishes, through a contract, a commercial relationship. Afterwards, the ETT carries out a search and selection process to find the worker appropriate to the needs of the User Company, proceeding to hire them and establishing an employment relationship with them. Finally, the worker who has been hired by the ETT will provide his services in the User Company, under whose direction and authority, the worker will perform his duties.
