Objectives
- Prepare the cutting and machining machines and equipment, relating the material and the cutting and machining process, with the equipment, tools and tools, for the manufacture of different types of parts, complying with the required technical specifications, quality standards and prevention of occupational and environmental risks. - Characterize the materials used in the manufacture of insulation system products. - Analyze the influence of materials in order to determine design and maintenance specifications. - Apply machining procedures, taking into account the characteristics of the materials used and controlling the results obtained in order to meet the established specifications.
Career opportunities
He develops his professional activity in small, medium and large companies in the public and private sectors dedicated to plant prefabrication, assembly and maintenance of insulation systems, except for those intended for enclosures and partitions in buildings and civil works.

This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the Training Unit UF1807 Mechanization of pieces of insulating coatings, certifying having passed the different Competence Units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will be eligible to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
