What it prepares you for

Acquire the necessary skills to practically carry out the audit and certification tasks of energy efficiency systems in buildings in accordance with the technical building code and as required by Royal Decree 235/2013 of April 5. Learn the steps to calculate the energy efficiency of a building, as well as the different technical possibilities (facilities and architectural structures) and options to quickly and effectively improve the energy rating of buildings. Learn to use Lider and Calener software at a professional level. The high labor demand for energy efficiency management will require professionals trained in the matter.

Aimed at all those organizations (consultants, engineering and architecture firms, developers and real estate agencies) as well as those people and technicians (engineers, technical engineers, architects and technical architects) who want to carry out energy certificates in both new buildings and existing buildings that are sold or rented.
