What it prepares you for

Aspects such as the project management cycle, the most used agile methodologies (e.g. Design Thinking), the importance of data and its influence on project management will be addressed. This master's degree seeks to provide students with a set of practices, techniques and tools, along with examples and advice to apply the knowledge acquired in the daily management of projects, changes and people.

This master's degree is aimed at current and/or future project management professionals, as well as those involved in project and service management teams, who are interested in adopting specialized techniques for estimating, planning, task management, costs, team performance control, etc. Additionally, the knowledge acquired in this program can be used to pursue PMP or ACP certifications.
