Objectives

Students who successfully complete the Maestría in Geotechnical Engineering and Foundations will have the necessary knowledge and skills to carry out specialized tasks and develop their professional career in the field of geotechnical engineering in civil engineering and construction companies, as well as in architectural offices. - They will strengthen and expand their knowledge of geotechnical engineering. - They will provide solid theoretical and practical bases for geotechnical engineering tasks. - They will provide essential tools for their subsequent professional and/or academic development in geotechnical engineering. - Students will be introduced to numerical modeling and advanced constitutive models of soils and rocks in geotechnical engineering.
