- Correctly carry out all those actions that lead to the management of all the processes included in the production process of the Food Industry. - Correctly carry out all those actions that entail the management of human resources that constitute the work teams in the Food Industries - Prepare all those actions leading to applying the quality controls established for the products and processes, ensuring Food Safety in the manufactured products, as well as to carry out an adequate application of all available resources so that the environmental protection systems and prevention of risks and accidents at work function correctly. - Identify the basic characteristics of incoming raw and auxiliary materials and help in their reception, control and assessment. - Carry out, according to instructions, the preparation and conditioning of raw materials as the first step in production. - Help improve safety conditions in the workplace, collaborating in compliance with specific safety and hygiene regulations. - Assist in the preparation and maintenance operations of equipment and facilities for the production and treatment of food products, following instructions received. - Contribute to the carrying out of waste collection, purification and disposal operations that guarantee the protection of the environment. - Know the characteristics of companies in the food industry. - Determine the raw materials used. - Specify quality and safety standards in the food sector. - Acquire and apply food allergen management. - Know the certification in the food industry. - Know the legal food problems. - Specify strategic direction in companies in the sector. - Know how to carry out a market study in the food sector. - Acquire business management skills and knowledge applied to the sector.
