Course in elaboration of diets in pathological states (university degree + 8 ECTS credits)

Taking into account that a large percentage of diseases can be corrected or improved with food, the priority objective of this course in elaboration of diets in pathological states is to provide the necessary knowledge to design a balanced diet according to the special starting needs, adjusted to the different pathologies, where food is fundamental as part of the treatment. In addition, with the realization of this course, you will learn to perform the necessary calculations for design, as well as knowing how to identify symptomatology, diagnosis and treatment. Inesem's teaching team will help you, through its long work and academic experience to achieve these objectives.

Know the relationship and relevance between food, healthy lifestyle and balanced diet. Learn to calculate the caloric content of a menu and adjust it to be healthier. Know the importance of nutrition in different pathological states. Identify their symptomatology, causes and treatment for each pathology.

Develop your professional career in the educational field, the health sector, dietitian-nutritionist in medical offices, responsible for the elaboration of balanced menus in geriatric residences, hotel complexes, school dining rooms, etc. It will allow you to perform a patient clinical evaluation based on the pathology that suffers for treatment.

This online course in elaboration of diets in pathological states offers the necessary training in nutrition and dietary to know the specific needs of various pathological states, detailing the specific characteristics for each of them. Students will learn the main aspects of each pathology identifying symptomatology, causes and treatment, adlated to each situation.

Among others, nutritionists, food technologists, pharmacists, nurses, doctors, educators, as well as any person who wants to deepen the importance of nutrition in different pathological states.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
