IMAR0109 COURSE DEVELOPMENT OF CLIMATIZATION AND VENTILATION FACILITIES PROJECTS - EXTRACTION (Certificate of Complete Professionalism)

In the field of installation and maintenance, it is necessary to know the different fields of the development of projects of air conditioning and ventilation-export facilities, within the cold professional and air conditioning.

- Characterize air conditioning facilities, analyzing the operation of the different systems, relating the variables that affect their operation with their benefits. - Identify and apply the current regulations that the air conditioning facilities must comply with. - Determine the characteristics of the machines, equipment and elements used in the air conditioning facilities, analyzing their operation. - Identify the current regulations that have to comply with the machines, equipment and auxiliary elements that are used in the air conditioning facilities. - Select the machines and equipment, the dimensions of the networks and the components and materials that integrate the air conditioning facilities, based on the calculations obtained, using the appropriate procedures and means, and complying with the required standards and regulations. - Prepare a project of air conditioning. - Determine the functioning of the different types of ventilation-export relating the variables that affect their operation with their benefits. - Determine the operation and characteristics of the valves and gates used in the ventilation-export facilities. - Determine and select the machines and equipment, the dimensions of the networks and the components and materials that integrate the ventilation-export facilities, using the appropriate procedures and means, complying with the required standards and regulations. - Determine the characteristics of auxiliary electrical installations of thermal facilities. - Develop planes of thermal facilities. - Plan and specify the assembly, tests and protocols of air conditioning and ventilation-export facilities. - Prepare the supply plan and the storage conditions of equipment, materials, components and tools for assembling air conditioning and ventilation-export facilities. - Prepare the work units and determine the total and partial amounts and costs of each of them, choosing the most appropriate measurement procedure for each type of unit. - Prepare the technical documentation of assembly and test protocols in air conditioning and ventilation-export facilities. - Prepare the Service and Maintenance Instruction Manual of air conditioning and ventilation-exporting facilities. - Analyze prevention and safety measures regarding the actions of manipulation of facilities and equipment, contained in the security plans of the companies in the sector. - Apply the security plan analyzing the measures of prevention, security and environmental protection of the company.

This professional is integrated into the engineering or technical office of public or private companies related to the air conditioning and ventilation-exporting facilities. Its activity is functionally located in the areas of design, definition and planning of the assembly and maintenance guidelines of air conditioning and ventilation-export facilities, responding to the requirements contemplated in the regulations for obtaining the corresponding professional cards.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the IMAR0109 Professional Certificate of Projects of Air Conductization and Ventilation-Extraction Facilities, certifying having overcome the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non-formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of installation and maintenance, specifically in development of projects of air conditioning and ventilation-exporting facilities, within the cold professional and air conditioning, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to the development of projects of air conditioning and ventilation-exporting facilities.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
