MF0274-3 Specific programming course SEP

At present there is a great offer of activities related to physical and sports activities, both professionally and recreationally recreationally, so it is very important and periodic of the physical, biological and motivational condition of users, with an optimal quality level both in the process and in the results and always from the observance and promotion of health and well -being. Therefore, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to know how to direct the learning and basic physical conditioning of the specific SEP programming.

- Prepare the specific programming of a versatile training room. - Implement coordination between the different departments and/or areas related to fitness activities within the reference entity. - Analyze the mechanisms of physiological adaptation of the different organs and systems, relating them. - Relate the foundations of the different training systems for the improvement of basic physical abilities with the elaboration of physical conditioning programs. - Analyze the implications that for the improvement of the quality of life has the practice of physical activities. - Prepare personalized physical conditioning programs for individual or group training. - Establish the processes and periodicity for the evaluation of the improvement in the psychophysical condition of user customers, checking the quality of the service offered. - Develop event programs (competition competitions, exhibitions and celebrations, among others) typical of dry and aquatic fitness.

People who develop their activity both in the public and private sector in: gyms, sports services, sports bosoms or municipal sports entities, sports clubs or associations, clubs or social associations, tourism companies (hotels, camping, spa, etc.), large companies with sports services for their employees, geriatric centers or social character, sports federations, public sports organizations, public sports organizations, general sports organism sport, etc.).

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0274_3 Specific SEN programming, certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of physical and sports activities, specifically in the physical conditioning in the multipurpose training room, within the professional area of recreational physical-sports activities, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the specific SEP programming.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
