Course MF2222_3 Representation and realization of models, samples and prototypes of packaging and packaging and other graphic products

In the field of graphic arts, it is necessary to know the different fields of the structural design of packaging and packages of paper, cardboard and other graphic supports, within the professional area Transformation and conversion into graphic industries. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to represent and perform the models, samples and prototypes of packaging and packaging and other graphic products.

- Analyze structural design projects and packaging assessing the level of complexity in the representation of standard and redesign designs and the scope to which they belong. - Operate with 2D representation applications in the development of packaging prototypes, packaging, exhibitors, PLVs and other graphic products from previous structural designs. - Operate with 3D representation applications in the development of packaging prototypes, packaging and other graphic products from the representation a previous structural design in 2D. - Develop functional prototypes through cutter and cleft plotter, based on the structural design represented, so that they facilitate the processes of behavior analysis and presentation of packaging and packaging and other graphic products. - Assess the behavior of packaging and packaging by simulation on prototypes of the damages suffered during its useful life cycle. - Apply material supply management techniques in the structural design department from consumption statistics and established minimal stock levels.

It develops its professional activity in the graphic industry in departments of structural design of packaging and packaging and technical offices of large, medium and small businesses with very diverse organizational -technological levels. You can work on your own or foreign, collaborating with other professionals related to the manufacturing process and the entire life cycle.

This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF2222_3 representation and realization of models, samples and prototypes of packaging and other graphic products, certifying having overcome the different units of competition included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which it will opt for the corresponding Certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of graphic arts, specifically in structural design of packaging and packaging of paper, cardboard and other graphic supports, within the professional area Transformation and conversion into graphic industries, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge necessary to represent and perform the models, samples and prototypes of packaging and packaging and other graphic products.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
