Inheritance is one of the elements that generate the greatest conflict between the intervening parties, since each one wants to obtain its partition or what it considers appropriate. For this, the intervention of the inheritance appraiser is necessary, which is responsible for assessing the assets and properties of a person, either in life or when he has died, and giving them an economic value, so that a distribution can be made in accordance with the law between the subjects intervening in the succession. The inheritance appraiser must know the subjects involved, what the testamentary and legitimate succession consists of, as well as the stages of the acquisition of the inheritance, the partition of the same and the different rights and obligations of the corresponding parties.

This course prepares you to know what inheritance, the right of succession and everything related to the distribution and division of the properties and goods of a person who has died, or that the inheritance is distributed in life, although the latter case is usually less frequent. In addition, the course also prepares you to identify the parties that benefit from the partition of the inheritance and the rights of each of them, as well as the corresponding obligations before the acceptance of said inheritance. Finally, it also prepares you to legally assess the properties and goods that a person has to be able to consider them as part of an inheritance.

This course is aimed at the professionals who work in the field of succession law in relation to the inheritance, their division and distribution to the corresponding parties. In addition, they are also aimed at professionals who are interested in knowing how the assets and properties of a person who has already died or who wishes to carry out a will to be part of the inheritance, and in general, to anyone interested in the procedures for partition of inheritances, in the identification of the intervening subjects and in the acquisition stages of them.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
