MF0691-2 Course and Products for Binding

In the field of graphic arts, it is necessary to know the guillotine and folding, within the professional area of the industrial binding. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to prepare raw materials and auxiliary products for binding.

- Interpret different work orders in relation to the preparation of raw materials and auxiliary products used in binding processes, valuing possible models, samples or models that may accompany. - Analyze printed sheets in relation to the aspects involved in the quality in the binding processes to which they are destined. - Prepare the raw materials and auxiliary products used in different binding processes, applying the quality and safety standards of the process. - Flear and/or place the raw materials and binding products in boxes or pallets, based on instructions received and respecting the required safety standards. - Evaluate the characteristics of the quality variables of the raw materials, using the appropriate instruments. - Relate the machines used in the binding processes with the raw materials used, with the product to be bound and with the characteristics of its finish.

It is located in the graphic arts, editorial, press, advertising and packaging sector, in large, medium and small companies, in the binding department. Professional activity develops both autonomously and hired.

This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0691_2 Module and Products for Binding, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the field of graphic arts, specifically in guillotined and folding, within the professional area of the industrial binding, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge to prepare raw materials and auxiliary products for the binding.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
