Summary

The course in nursing update in advanced life support is in full development and updating of the knowledge and skills necessary to provide nursing care in emergency and resuscitation situations. It is designed to update nursing professionals in the latest recommendations and protocols established by the leading international entities in advanced life support, such as the European Resuscitation Council (ERC) and the American Heart Association (AHA). This course will provide you with an understanding of the fundamental principles and advanced resuscitation techniques, as well as in the knowledge of the most used pharmacology in these critical situations.

Goals

- Acquire knowledge about the principles and techniques of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. - Know the most frequent pharmacology used in resuscitation and emergency situations. - Learn the techniques of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in adult and pediatrics according to AHA's guidelines. - Understand cardiopulmonary resuscitation techniques in adult and pediatrics according to ERC guidelines.
