Summary
Organizational design is a process, where managers make decisions where the members of the organization put into practice such strategies. Decisions about organizational design often includes the diagnosis of multiple factors, including the culture of the organization, political behaviors and work design. In short, with this course, the necessary knowledge to perform a good functioning and organizational design will be acquired, it will include and analyze the relations between the theory of the organization and its application in the planning, design, implementation and evaluation of organizational structures.

This course prepares you so that at the end of the student, recognize, analyze and evaluate the variables of the human processes involved in organizations and that affect the behavior of their members, both at the individual and group level.
