Summary

Knowing the rules of the game is a basic issue in any sector. On criminal, the rules of the game are marked by criminal law and criminal procedural law. Thus, the Criminal Procedure Law advances that no penalty will be imposed due to punishable acts whose repression breaches the ordinary jurisdiction, but in accordance with the provisions of the Code, the special laws and by virtue of sentence issued by the competent judge. Thus knowing criminal law and criminal procedural is an essential issue. The Criminal Procedures Course: Abbreviated, Urgent and Mildly offers students a complete training, aimed at professional practice. Which will allow to know the fundamental procedural moments.

Goals

- Study the different judicial procedures related to the prosecution of crimes and offenses. - Know each of the procedural milestones that take place in the criminal process. - Identify the different assumptions that occur and the criminal response associated with them. - Differentiate the parties involved in the criminal process and their position in the process. - Analyze the evidence in the criminal process, its conditions and effects. - Determine the resource to interpose according to the procedural moment, the matter and the type of process.

The knowledge acquired with your training in the course of criminal procedures: abbreviated, urgent and mild will allow you to opt for the following professional exits: work in legal advice and, mainly, in law firm and law firms, either as a specialized criminal or legal assistant lawyer or as a legal assistant performing support functions.
