Summary
Today, teaching transcends the acquisition of academic knowledge, emotional education is erected as a fundamental pillar in the full development of students. Our course provides tools to understand and manage emotions, adapting to the different evolutionary stages, and covering the links between the brain and emotions. In addition, it deepens the skills of intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligence, essential to promote empathy and strengthen social relations. This program focuses on cultivating emotional awareness, self -control, motivation, empathy and effective management of interpersonal relationships, constituent elements of emotional intelligence. It seeks to enrich teaching practice with strategies that favor emotions management and classroom motivation. At the end, the participant will not become an expert, but he will have acquired a holistic vision and relevant skills to improve educational quality.
