This Master in Empowerment and Motivation is designed to create and manage different work groups and focus leadership according to each group at the expert level.

By carrying out this training program, the student will acquire the preparation that enables him as a professional capable of creating, managing and leading work teams oriented to objectives within a company. This general objective is specified in the following specific ones: to know the new organizational models in which the work teams have a nuclear function, offer an approach to the leader's mission within a work team, describe the contribution offered by executive coaching for the exercise of leadership in the company, and offer techniques to improve the operation of work teams, focusing on group dynamics. - Know the management process and functions of the management of a company. - Learn about negotiation in the business management. - Know in depth the topic of conflict resolution and motivation in the workplace. - Learn about communication and its importance in the company.
