MF1763-3 course and techniques for the supervision of lifeguard resources in aquatic spaces

At present, in the world of physical and sports activities, it is a priority to acquire knowledge such as coordinating the resources and logistics of help services in aquatic spaces, supervising facilities and material resources and directing human resources to ensure that dangerous situations are prevented, permanently monitors the bathing areas in their entirety and are carried out, if necessary, immediate interventions before an accident or emergency situation that guarantees the safety of users. Thus, with this course you will learn to supervise and evaluate the human resources and lifeguard materials in aquatic spaces.

- Apply human resources supervision techniques that guarantee an operation and compliance with security and security and lifeguard protocols. - Apply supervision techniques to facilities, positions and areas of the aquatic space through a procedure that contributes to increasing security and avoids accidents or emergency situations - Apply techniques for supervision of material resources of the help service, indicating a frequency in its application that guarantees the operation and compliance of plans, programs and protocols. - Provide the information and, where appropriate, the training adapted to the characteristics of a specific aquatic space that allows ensuring an effective structure and organization of the lifeguard equipment in its functions of prevention, surveillance and intervention against accidents in the aquatic space of reference. -Apply the instruments and evaluation methods established in the reference planning to achieve data and correct the possible failures in a help service, affecting the design of future plans.

It develops its activity both in the public and private sector, dedicated to coordinating the prevention, surveillance and rescue services in facilities and centers with aquatic activity: conventional pools, natural swimming pools and aquatic parks among others, and in natural aquatic spaces: maritime beaches, river beaches, rivers, lakes and reservoirs among others. Its activity is carried out in: municipalities (rescue teams, lifeguard equipment, aquatic intervention units), Aquatic facilities and aquatic natural spaces, active tourism companies, hotels, camping, camps, sports federations, sports and recreational and leisure associations, educational centers and related facilities, sports ports

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1763_3 Systems and Techniques for the Supervision of Safety Resources in Aquatic Spaces, certifying having exceeded the different units of competition included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism. Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those interested, either at a professional level or for personal interest, in relation to the prevention and recovery of physical and sports activities at a general level and, more specifically, with the system and technique for the supervision of lifeguard resources in aquatic spaces.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
