MF1886-3 Course Development of the assembly plan, tests and protocols of the maintenance, elevation and transportation facilities

Within the world of installation and maintenance, it is necessary to know the different fields of the development of projects of maintenance, elevation and transportation facilities, within the professional area of machinery and industrial equipment. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the development of the assembly plan, tests and protocols of the support, elevation and transport facilities.

- Analyze the technical documentation of maintenance, elevation and transport facilities determining the activities and resources that will serve as a basis for planning the assembly process. - Prepare the assembly procedures of maintenance, elevation and transport facilities, determining operations, materials, means and control of execution in personal and environmental safety conditions. - Apply machine assembly techniques, equipment and elements of the maintenance, elevation and transport facilities, based on implementation plans, application regulations and regulations and with the required safety. - Apply programming techniques to optimize the use of resources and production loads, and prepare the execution and monitoring programs of the assembly of maintenance, elevation and transport facilities. - Prepare the work units and determine the total and partial amounts and costs of each of them, choosing the measurement procedure required for each type of unit, from the project of the installation of maintenance, elevation and transport and its technical documentation. - Analyze prevention and safety measures regarding the actions of manipulation of facilities and equipment, contained in the security plans of the companies in the sector.

It develops its professional activity in the area of engineering or technical office that serves to the department of projects of companies of the public and private sectors related to the support, elevation and transport facilities, such as cranes, forklifts, elevators, conveyor belts, mobile food and transportation platforms, storage systems, automated feeding and palletization, among others.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1886_3 Development of the assembly plan, tests and protocols of the maintenance, elevation and transportation facilities, certifying having passed the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which you will opt for to obtain the corresponding certificate of the corresponding certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).
