This course in innovation of human resources and labor relations offers a training oriented to the implementation of new technological advances that may be required in personnel or human resources departments to improve the management of these departments in the professional world.

Goals

- Provide the student in a quick and simple way to apply new technologies to the functions and tasks of a human resources department. - Make use of new technologies to manage the Human Resources Department in the company. - Know how to use the tools available for performance and knowledge management. - Perform internal communication between company staff using new technologies. - Use new technologies as a key instrument for the attraction, development and retention of talent in organizations. - Know the characteristics and elements that incorporate the main RR tools. HH. that exist in the market, as well as other technological tools that allow the use of the Internet as a way to improve and develop different aspects of the RR department. HH. - Know the main RR management software distributors. HH. and its main products, as well as the role of RR head. HH. Regarding the automation of processes in human capital.
