Summary
This course in Bromatological Science offers specific training in food analysis and its composition, both structural and nutritional. Today, more and more importance is given to nutrition, so this course takes great importance by forming it from the point of view of bromatology in everything related to nutritional, technological, sensory, food -sensory properties and its by -products. Those reactions and/or metabolizations precise to the submission of food to different techniques and/or exposure of temperatures such as conservation methods and new technologies applied to the hygiene and food safety of the products we currently consume will also be studied.
