Summary
Currently, nutrition plays a role based on the state of health. Following a balanced diet is a protective health factor so all health professionals should have training in this regard. To achieve balance, a change in the feeding habits of the most vulnerable population is necessary and for this we must educate and inform. This course aims to train the student in the basic concepts related to the diet to be able to advise the population about bad eating habits as well as distinguish between myths and reality in each of the stages of life. This course aims to train health professionals in nutrition. The main objective is to understand what a balanced diet is, what requirements should meet and what advice can be given to carry it out.
