This course offers an approach to the management of cultural animation projects, specializing in physical-sports and recreational animation. This course offers the bases of the management and coordination of groups of monitors and sociocultural animation activities, describing the functions, resources, procedures and methodology that will allow teachers to correct their work at the professional level in this area of growing expansion.

- Describe the nature of a cultural animation project and its life cycles. - Present the phases of the planning process of a cultural animation project. - Offer the keys of action in the execution phase of a cultural animation project. - Identify and analyze the most used projects and programs models in the field of physical-sports and recreational animation, as well as the types of entities that offer these services and the different types of users, discriminating their characteristics and peculiarities. - Apply prospective analysis techniques obtaining and processing information, data and documents related to a context of intervention in the field of physical-sports and recreational animation, and establish an objective diagnosis of the detected reality. - Apply prospective analysis techniques obtaining and processing information, data and documents related to a context of intervention in the field of physical-sports and recreational animation, and establish an objective diagnosis of the detected reality. - Develop the logistics inherent in physical-sports and recreational animation projects and carry out the efforts for the use of spaces and facilities, as well as the coordination of material and human resources, in accordance with the guidelines expressed in said project. - Determine and apply promotion techniques and strategies, using and/or elaborating effectively the promotional and communication media that allow to achieve the planned objectives of information and participation in a physical-sports and recreational animation project. - Delimit the role of the sociocultural animator and the free time monitor, describing its functions, responsibilities, professional profile and intervention areas. - Describe the processes and stages in the planning and programming of sociocultural animation projects in the educational area. - Analyze the bases of the management and coordination of groups of monitors and animators, affecting the tasks of organization of activities in different natural and urban environments. - Expose and develop the techniques, procedures and basic methodology of the coordinator of sociocultural monitors and animators to carry out their tasks. - Present the basic measures and techniques of safety and risk prevention and indicate the essential emergency action guidelines.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
